The Cat Lounge
The Cat Lounge is a new 2,500 square foot building at 920 Golden Spike Road NE in Sauk Rapids. Core 4 broke ground on September 28, 2026, and construction is moving quickly.
The space is being designed as a large, comfortable area where adoptable cats and kittens can play, relax, and interact with people.

An Elevated Spa Experience. Purposefully Different.
The Ritual House is a new destination spa coming to Sauk Rapids, Minnesota in early 2027. Built around the belief that self-care should feel like more than an appointment, The Ritual House is being thoughtfully designed to create an elevated experience centered around relaxation, beauty, and wellness.
From the design of the space to the experiences offered within it, every detail is being considered with intention. Rather than following the traditional spa model, The Ritual House is creating a place where guests can slow down, recharge, and experience self-care in an entirely new way.
Currently under construction, The Ritual House will bring a distinctive new destination to Central Minnesota, one designed to make every appointment feel like a ritual.
